Meet little Francis, or Frankie. She was so incredibly adorable during her lifestyle newborn session. I loved photographing their little family in their gorgeous historical home. Their entire session
This past year has been incredible. I was busy as ever as I worked my full time job at a local marketing agency, was busy photographing beautiful families, and doing freelance graphic design on the side. But with all of this going on, on top of being pregnant with our second, I was beginning to feel stretch thin. I felt like I had no time for my beautiful family and was loosing motivation and creativity when it comes to my passions in life. This year, we made a huge decision for me to be at home with the kids more and focus on photography and graphic design. I can tell you that it wasn't an easy decision. With it, it brought a lot of uncertainty and fear for what lay ahead. But as we came to this decision, I was also filled with peace and happiness. It's crazy how you can have all those emotions at once. But the mister has been nothing but supportive and as I look forward to this coming year, I can't wait to see what will happen next. I am thrilled to be focusing more on photography and my family. I want to share memories with them on a daily basis, instead of feeling drained and exhausted at the end of the day. Granted, I am sure a huge portion of that was my pregnancy...but still! I missed my little Ian and I want to be there for Mila as she grows older. I can't believe she's already NINE days old. Eeeek!! It goes by really fast.
So with this news, I wanted to share some photos from the hospital and some of my two littles playing together. It makes my heart soo happy as I watch Ian love on his sister.
